anybody know a good safe website where i can get the pvp access kit cheap?

As far as I am aware the only place you can buy it from NCsoft's online store.

The only place is the NC store or the GW in-game store. The only way to get that key from a different source, is if said source bought it at NC soft, received the key and basically re packaged it. Because it has alrady been seen by someone elses eyes, chances are it's not going to work by that point and it will only be you, suckered for a scam. Stick with the official one, it's safer. I know it's 20 bucks but its a one time fee, chances are if you got scammed by someone trying to get one cheaper, you'd pay more in the long run because you paid for the one that didn't work and then might have given up and bought it in the NC/GW store.
